Service of Remembrance for Robert Joseph Parrow was conducted in Hope Lutheran Church on March 21 with the Rev. Melanie Martin-Dent officiating. Bob died March 17, 2007, and joined his loved ones in heaven. Robert Joseph Parrow was born in Ortonville, Minn., on March 27, 1931, one of 11 children of Adlow & Rose (Baumann) Parrow. He married Evon Ekstrom; they later divorced. Bob met & married the love of his life, Audrey (Berg) Baustadt. Bob & Audrey lived life to the fullest. He was the true patriarch of the entire family. He was a very talented musician, playing guitar with the Classic Country Jammers right up until his illness. Bob's greatest joy was his grandchildren; he was especially close to Candee's oldest daughter, Kenzie "The Bum". Bob was "Bob of All Trades" and could fix anything. He helped everyone and expected little in return. He made a huge impact on everyone who knew him and we will all miss him. Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Audrey; sons and spouse, David (Sandy) Parrow, Rob (Theresa) Parrow, James (April) Baustadt, Jeff (Kim) Baustadt; daughters and spouses, Vicky (Bob) Stanton, Renee (Rob) Crisler, Candee (Stacey) Singer; brother, LeClair (Sylvia) Parrow; sisters, Dorothy Schott, Gloria (Howard) Peterson, and Lorraine (Les) Newton; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lorna Peterson; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and one sister.
